​​​​My profound love for movement blossomed from a quest to discover a holistic approach to soothe my anxious, racing mind. In the embrace of yoga and Pilates, I found a sanctuary—a mindful movement experience that transformed my inner landscape. It is from these life-changing moments that I feel inspired to share these practices with others.
I had the incredible privilege of completing my Yoga Teacher Training in the serene surroundings of Rishikesh, India. I immersed myself in the rich tapestry of yoga philosophies, meditation techniques, and the intricate anatomy of the body. I delved into the dynamic flows of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, each offering a unique pathway to balance and harmony.
With these incredible teachings I began offering Corporate wellness workshops and personalised 1:1 yoga classes
In addition to my yoga journey, I am level 3 trained in classical Mat Pilates which has further enriched my understanding of movement and its profound effects on the mind and body. I teach from a foundation of classical movements with a modern contemporary flair. I have also completed training in pre and postnatal pilates. Having two children myself I know the importance of physical and emotional wellbeing throughout pregnancy, recovery and beyond.
My adventures took me across the globe for over five transformative years, exploring the vibrant cultures of Bali, south east Asia Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, among others. With each destination, my first priority was to seek out a community where I could practice. This quest for connection and shared experience became my anchor, keeping me grounded and centered no matter where I was.
