About Sushila
Trained in India rooted in Nature
A life changed by Movement
My love for movement grew from a personal quest to calm an anxious, racing mind. In yoga and Pilates I found a sanctuary — and from those life-changing moments I felt called to share these practices with others.
I trained in Rishikesh, India, and am Level 3 qualified in classical mat Pilates. I spent five transformative years exploring movement communities in Bali, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
